- Will my wheelchair fit in the vehicle?
Yes, in most cases. Our wheelchair adapted vehicles are equipped with ramps and can transport even large electric scooters. To make sure it fits, indicate the dimensions and weight of the wheelchair or electric scooter in the comments.
If you want our vehicle with lift, please indicate the dimensions and the weight of your chair, since the lifting platform has a more limited space than the ramp.

- If I bring a mobile hoist or a shower chair, do I have to advise?
Yes, it is very important that you let us know if you have shower chairs, extra wheelchairs or medical equipment (oxygen, mobile hoist …). You can specify this when making the reservation in the section for additional luggage.
It is important to include in the comments the dimensions and weights of this type of baggage to ensure that it fits into the vehicle or trailer.
- We are more passengers and we need a bus. Do you have this service available?
Yes. We have buses with capacity for 56 people. Contact ADTBUS through the contact form.
- How much will the service cost me from the airport to my destination?
Consult our Price List about the cost of the service to the destination you want.
- How can I hire the return to the airport?
You can hire your transfer to return to the airport from the same booking form on this website.
If you are traveling from the airport to your destination with us, you can inform the ADTbus driver that you want to make the return trip. Although for more reliability and security it is preferable that you make your reservation through the www.adtbus.com reservation form.
- In addition to the amount that appears in the price list, is there an additional supplement that you have to pay?
In the price list you have the final cost information, taxes and tolls, are included. Each passenger includes a large suitcase (maximum 120 x 120 x 80 cm and 20 Kg of weight) or two cabin suitcases (60 x 40 x 20 cm and 10 Kg of weight). Each additional suitcase (or every 2 cabin) has a supplement of € 1.
Additionally you can select the following extras:
- Bike: 5 € per unit
- Golf bag: 3 € x unit
- Surf / Windsurf material: 10 € per unit
- Bulky medical equipment, extra wheelchair, shower chair: 5 € per unit
- Where can I find the driver when I arrive at the airport?
The driver will wait for you at the meeting point (Gate 4, near airport information desk), located in the middle of the airport with a sign with your name on it. When you make the reservation we will provide you with a contact telephone number of the coordinator who will put you in contact with your driver. If any unforeseen occur, do not hesitate to call.
- What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your driver will at all times be informed about your flight details and will collect you at the new time. If your flight is delayed, do not worry, we will be waiting for you upon your arrival.

- ¿How do I pay?
You can pay to the driver in cash when you arrive at your destination.
- Where do I indicate the pets in my reservation?
You must indicate the pets you travel with in the comments section at the end of the booking form.
Keep in mind that by traffic regulations, pets must travel in their pet carriers in buses and minibuses. Please indicate the measurements of the carrier.
Guide dogs can travel without a pet carrier.
- Covid-19 Protocol
Due to the health emergency caused by COVID-19, we have introduced a more comprehensive infection cleaning protocol.
Our vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected at the beginning of the day. After each service, handles, handrails, armrests and other common elements are disinfected.
In the vehicles, hydroalcoholic gel is available to disinfect the hands of passengers before and after the trip.
The use of a mask is mandatory during the trip, except for an accredited medical exception.
